Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

We Dreamory Entertainment Group Sdn Bhd are a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia and are the owners and operators of the ‘TheBlueLobby. By using any of Our Websites or our mobile applications (for example Android, iPhone and iPad, Windows apps),  You accept that you shall be bound by our current General Terms of Use (“Terms and Conditions”), our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy (collectively “Our Website Conditions”).

Our Website Conditions sets out the terms between You and Us under which You may Use or Access Our Websites. Our Website Conditions apply to all Users of Our Websites.

You acknowledge and agree that TheBlueLobby may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally at TheBlueLobby’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time. You do not need to specifically inform TheBlueLobby when you stop using the Services. You acknowledge and agree that if TheBlueLobby disabled access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other materials which are contained in your account.

2.1 License Grant: TheBlueLobby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software and Services for the purpose of managing and enhancing events in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 User Account: To access certain features of the Software, we may (or may not need to) create an account for you, subject to your use case. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Software and Services

3.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of our Software and Services.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software.
  • Using the Software for any unlawful or harmful purposes.

 

3.2 Content and Data: You retain ownership of any data or content you upload or generate through the Software. TheBlueLobby may use this data as described in our Privacy Policy.

3.3 You may use Our Websites no matter what age You are so long as You agree to and abide by Our Website Conditions

4. Payment mediums

  1. All payments must be effected in the currency of Malaysia (MYR) unless otherwise agreed in writing between You and Us.

  2. Payments may be made using the following payment mediums:
    aBy Credit Card, Debit Card or Charge Card.
    b. By E-wallet
    c. By FPX payment
    d. Such other methods may be agreed between You and us.

  3. The Products shall only be delivered to You once We have received cleared payment of Our invoice. 

  4. Where payment has not been received by Us within fourteen days of the issue of Our Invoice, We reserve the right to cancel Your order without any recourse by You. We reserve all of Our legal rights in such an instance for any costs, expenses or charges incurred by Us which We shall have the right to recover against You for such cancelled orders.

5. Termination

TheBlueLobby reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software and Services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All Content included on Our Websites, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of TheBlueLobby, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use Our Websites you acknowledge that applicable Malaysia International intellectual property laws, the applicable laws of other countries or under international law or conventions protect such materials.

6.2 You shall not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from Our Websites unless otherwise indicated on the Websites, or unless given express written permission to do so by Us.

YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Tickets

Please note that all tickets sold by The Blue Lobby are considered non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Refunds under Special Circumstances

The Blue Lobby will entertain refund requests only under the following specified circumstances:

  • Multiple Charges due to System Error: In the unlikely event that you have been charged multiple times for a single purchase due to a system error on our part, we will promptly investigate and process a refund for the excess charges. However, the initial purchase ticket will still be non-refundable.

Please contact our customer support team at assist@dreamorygroup.com to initiate the refund process in either of the above cases. We will require detailed information about your transaction for prompt resolution.

Event-Related Refunds

Please be aware that any refund requests or arrangements related to changes in promotional packages, ticket pricing, or event cancellations are the sole responsibility of the event organizer. The Blue Lobby will not be involved in these matters, and all inquiries and requests regarding such refunds should be directed to the organizer.
