1. Introduction
We Dreamory Entertainment Group Sdn Bhd are a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia and are the owners and operators of the ‘TheBlueLobby. By using any of Our Websites or our mobile applications (for example Android, iPhone and iPad, Windows apps), You accept that you shall be bound by our current General Terms of Use (“Terms and Conditions”), our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy (collectively “Our Website Conditions”).

3. Use of Software and Services
3.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

d. Such other methods may be agreed between You and us.
The Products shall only be delivered to You once We have received cleared payment of Our invoice.
Where payment has not been received by Us within fourteen days of the issue of Our Invoice, We reserve the right to cancel Your order without any recourse by You. We reserve all of Our legal rights in such an instance for any costs, expenses or charges incurred by Us which We shall have the right to recover against You for such cancelled orders.
5. Termination
TheBlueLobby reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software and Services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6.1 All Content included on Our Websites, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of TheBlueLobby, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. Multiple Charges due to System Error: In the unlikely event that you have been charged multiple times for a single purchase due to a system error on our part, we will promptly investigate and process a refund for the excess charges. However, the initial purchase ticket will still be non-refundable.

Event-Related Refunds
