We Dreamory Entertainment Group Sdn Bhd are a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia and are the owners and operators of the ‘TheBlueLobby. By using any of Our Websites or our mobile applications (for example Android, iPhone and iPad, Windows apps),  You accept that you shall be bound by our current General Terms of Use (“Terms and Conditions”), our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy (collectively “Our Website Conditions”).

Our Website Conditions sets out the terms between You and Us under which You may Use or Access Our Websites. Our Website Conditions apply to all Users of Our Websites.

You acknowledge and agree that TheBlueLobby may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally at TheBlueLobby’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time. You do not need to specifically inform TheBlueLobby when you stop using the Services. 4. Payment mediums

  1. All payments must be effected in the currency of Malaysia (MYR) unless otherwise agreed in writing between You and Us.

We reserve all of Our legal rights in such an instance for any costs, expenses or charges incurred by Us which We shall have the right to recover against You for such cancelled orders.

TheBlueLobby reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software and Services at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All Content included on Our Websites, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of TheBlueLobby, our affiliates or other relevant third parties.   • Multiple Charges due to System Error: In the unlikely event that you have been charged multiple times for a single purchase due to a system error on our part, we will promptly investigate and process a refund for the excess charges. However, the initial purchase ticket will still be non-refundable.

Event-Related Refunds
